Golden Arrow Resources Corp (TSX-V:GRG, OTCQB:GARWF) is planning to raise US$600,000 through the non-brokered private placement of 12 million $0.05 shares, each attached with a warrant.
Proceeds from the raise will go towards funding early-stage explorations in Argentina and for general working capital.
