4imprint leaps toward highs as profits set to beat forecasts

Shares in 4imprint Group Plc (AQSE:FOUR) jumped 13% to 5,250p after the producer of promotional products from mugs to tote bags and lip balms said profits for last year are likely to be higher than the top end of City expectations.

Ahead of final results in mid March, the FTSE 250-listed group said revenue came in around US$1.33 billion in 2023, up 16% on the prior year as it boasted of "significant operational progress".

Profit before tax, also not yet audited, is expected to rise by more than a third to at least US$140 million.

Cash stood at roughly US$105 million at the end of the year.

Directors stated their confidence in future prospects, hailing a "clear strategy and a highly resilient business model".

The shares hit an all-time high above 5,390p last August, up around 60% from before the pandemic.
