Baru Gold Corp. (TSX-V:BARU) told investors it remains confident in its ability to complete the filing of its 2023 audited annual financial statements within the next month and that a Management Cease Trader Orders (MCTO) will remain in place until it has been lifted by the British Columbia Securities Commission.
The MCTO prevents the company's officers, board and insiders from trading in its securities but does not affect the ability of other shareholders to trade.
Baru Gold said it continues to pursue options to generate cash flow and/or obtain additional financing required for the filings.
