Forward Water Technologies Corp (TSX-V:FWTC) said it issued AGORA Internet Relations Corp with 452,000 of its shares as compensation for advertising services over the last three months.
The company said it has received significant exposure through millions of content brand insertions on the AGORACOM network and extensive search engine marketing over the last six months.
In addition, exclusive sponsorships of digital properties such as AGORACOM TV, the AGORACOM home page and the AGORACOM Twitter account significantly raised its brand awareness among small-cap investors.
