1606 Corp eyes profitability in 2024 with success of AI-driven e-commerce tool

1606 Corp. (OTC:CBDW) said it “confidently anticipates” a profitable second quarter in 2024 after the success of its AI-driven e-commerce tool launched last year.

The company said its December 2023 pilot marketing program had completely sold out. The program, an email-based campaign targeting 3,000 United States CBD merchants, was aimed at raising awareness of the ChatCBDW tool.

ChatCBDW was developed to help merchants boost sales conversions and offer an improved customer experience.

"Our successful pilot program underscores the scalability and demand for our AI solutions. With a growing number of partners and resellers, we're poised for rapid expansion in 2024," 1606 CEO Greg Lambrecht said in a statement.

1606 is currently finalizing negotiations with a second independent sales organization, it told shareholders.

The integration of a second large organization “significantly expands 1606 Corp.'s reach and further validates the high demand for its revolutionary ChatCBDW technology,” according to a release from the company.

With these strategic advancements, 1606 expressed confidence in achieving a profitable second quarter in 2024, solidifying its position as a leader in AI-driven e-commerce technology.

Shares of 1606 responded positively to the news, shooting over $0.02 higher to reach nearly $0.06 over the counter for a 106% gain.
