US Gold Corp (NASDAQ:USAU) Founder Edward Karr speaks to Thomas Warner from Proactive upon his return from the 2024 edition of the Future Minerals Forum 2024, held in Riyadh.
Karr explains that attendance at the event has ballooned in response to increasing demand for critical minerals necessary for decarbonising the global economy, and become a highly important feature of the mining calendar.
He highlights keen interest in the market in US Gold Corp's CK Gold Project in Southeast Wyoming, which is currently awaiting approval for its permit to mine application. Market interest in both gold and copper opportunities are notably high at the moment, which Karr sees as a major tailwind for US Gold Corp on its journey toward production in Wyoming.
He concludes by saying that the permit approval is the primary focus of the business this year, expressing confidence about the process and telling viewers to "stay tuned" for updates from the Project.
