Marwyn Value Investors Ltd (LSE:MVI) noted that the wife of Marwyn Investment Management partner James Corsellis bought 300,000 shares in the company at a price of 78p per share on 18 December 2023.
Shares in the investment company recently fell below 80p for the first time since 2020.
James Corsellis also transferred 20,000 shares from one of his accounts to his SIPP for 76p per share, sold 315,000 shares for 76p and purchased 315,000 shares for his personal ISA account at 76.01p.
Following these transactions, James Corsellis and persons closely associated under stock market regulations own shares representing around 10.66% of the company's voting rights.
