Blackbird PLC (AIM:BIRD, OTCQX:BBRDF) told investors that elevate.io, its new cloud-based video editing software for YouTubers, TikTokers and other creators, is “on track” for general release at the end of the current quarter.
Feedback on the software from a group of users given early access has been “very encouraging”, the AIM-listed company said.
The company has designed the software to “address key pain points facing creators today” by making tools simpler to use, making it easier to collaborate with other users in what is estimated to be a US$250 billion ‘creator economy’.
Chief product officer Sumit Rai said: “We have a paradigm shifting vision for elevate.io and it will continue to evolve after launch with regular updates and improvements.”
The work with video creators during early access has proved invaluable validation for the product, the company added.
