Infinity Stone Ventures Corp (CSE:GEMS, OTC:GEMSF) announced that it has acquired a 100% interest in the Crazy What Love Can Do copper project in Quebec.
The company said the project consists of five historic copper occurrences, four of which are historic copper mines, as well as one historic gold occurrence.
Infinity Stone will pay a total of three million Class A company subordinate voting shares in consideration for the copper project, of which 1.5 million will be paid to Ana Laura Lopez Pineda and 1.5 million will be paid to Boivin Explorations Ltd.
Lopez Pineda will also be appointed as an interim director and corporate secretary of Infinity Stone Ventures, according to the company.
As well, Infinity Stone reported that the Ontario Provincial Mining Recorder's Office has granted it an extension of time until October 31, 2024, on the PAK South and PAK Southeast properties claims, adjacent to Frontier Lithium (TSX-V:FL, OTCQX:LITOF)'s PAK lithium project.
The PAK South and PAK Southeast properties cover 1,258 hectares and 158 hectares, respectively, and cover several pegmatite units identified in regional mapping by the Ontario Geological Survey (OGS), the company added.
