Pensana PLC (LSE:PRE, OTC:PNSPF) said it had received a site visit to its Longonjo project by the Angolan Sovereign Wealth Fund (FSDEA) to review the early-stage construction activities.
FSDEA is funding the early stage work ahead of the conclusion of the main financing.
The visit was part of a larger review of projects along the important Benguela railway line connecting Longonjo to the port of Lobito, known as the Lobito Corridor.
