Polarean Imaging PLC (AIM:POLX, OTC:PLLWF) has confirmed NUKEM Isotopes GmbH, a strategic partner, has purchased 9.5 million of its shares from Amati Global Investors Ltd, bringing its holding to over 10%.
NUKEM Isotopes is a German-based company, specialising in trading stable isotopes, and has partnerships with gas manufacturers for the production of highly pure noble gases.
