The company acknowledged his role in the evolution from exploration to a vertically integrated resource development and infrastructure firm and welcomes globally recognized operator Karl Kurz to the board.
Despite the changes, Royal Helium remains committed to its growth plan, dispatching a second trailer of purified helium this week.
