AMC Entertainment Holdings (NYSE:AMC) Inc sank 2.6% to a new all-time low of $4.91 on Wednesday, marking almost a 31% decline over the past month.
It came in the same week that the company announced "unprecedented" performance of 'Taylor Swift - The Eras Tour' as it became the highest-grossing concert film in box office history.
The film is distributed by AMC's distribution arm.
In November, the movie theatre chain raised $350 million, taking fundraises in the year to $865 million, which allowed it to cut debt and other liabilities by $440 million.
