Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE:DEC, NYSE:DEC) has issued a response to a letter from the US House of Representatives committee on energy and commerce, which wrote to the company in December.
The committee's letter, dated 18 December, was from four members requesting information regarding the company's well retirement and emissions information.
Diversified, where trading in its ordinary shares in New York started last month in addition to the main market of the London Stock Exchange, provided a link to an online copy of the letter.
