Gama Explorations hoping to be "off to the races in April/May" after storming start to 2024

Gama Explorations hoping to be "off to the races in April/May" after storming start to 2024

Gama Explorations Inc (CSE:GAMA, OTCQB:GMMAF) CEO Jacob Verbaas speaks to Thomas Warner from Proactive after the mineral exploration company announced the discovery of multiple massive titanium-vanadium-scandium occurrences via groundwork on the Company's 100%-owned, 625 km2 Tyee Critical Mineral Project.

Verbaas gives an overview of the news, saying that rock sampling work at the Project in Quebec has revealed high-grade titanium occurrences, along with associated metals like vanadium, chromium, and scandium. This discovery led to an immediate surge in the company's share price.

He goes on to explain that while rock sampling is an early-stage activity and usually not a major value driver, the market has responded extremely positively to the news. Gama Explorations is now focusing on developing drill targets for the occurrences, with plans to commence drilling in the spring. The process involves consultation with local stakeholders and obtaining necessary permits, expected by March.

Additionally, the company is awaiting results for nickel and copper from other targets in the surrounding area.

Verbaas, a geologist by training, emphasises the importance of separating geological work from market sentiment. He adds that the company is in a strong financial position, with over $3 million in funding, allowing it to proceed with this year's drilling and other activities without budget concerns. Gama hopes to be "off to the races in April/May with the drill bit."
