Trident Royalties PLC (AIM:TRR, OTCQX:TDTRF) has notified the market that its chief executive, Adam Davidson, has purchased in the market some 70,914 shares in the company, priced at 36p each.
Subsequently, Davidson holds an interest of 500,000 shares, representing 0.2% of the company.
