Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD) has announced that its Czech portfolio company České Radiokomunikace (CRA) has completed the acquisitions of the cloud services and data centre businesses Cloud4com and DC Lužice from Aricoma.
CRA first disclosed the acquisitions last month as part of a strategic advancement into the rapidly expanding Czech data services market. They also align with Cordiant’s ‘Buy Build and Grow’ business model.
Cloud4com, recognised as a leading Czech cloud services provider was bought for 870 million Czech koruna (CZK) (£30.7 million), with a further amount payable up to a maximum of CZK485 million, depending on Cloud4com's 2024 earnings performance.
CRA acquired Tier-III data centre DC Lužice for CZK130 million, also subject to customary adjustments.
In today’s announcement, Cordiant also disclosed CRA's acquisition of Prague Digital TV for a nominal sum.
The acquisition adds a valuable broadcasting spectrum and doubles CRA's current television broadcast capacity in the Prague region, providing additional space for the further development and rollout of innovative TV services.
