Landore Resources shares take a tumble following equity round and board reshuffle

Landore Resources Ltd (AIM:LND) shares were sent 17% lower on Thursday morning following a £600,000 equity raise round where 25 million new shares were issued at 2.4p each, representing 17% of the company’s issued share capital.

Landore concurrently announced that chief executive Claude Lemasson and non-executive director Larry Strauss have resigned from their posts effective immediately.

In an operational update, Landore stated that a drilling programme to advance the company's flagship BAM Gold Project has been prepared for implementation in 2024.

Shares were changing hands for 2.57p at the time of writing.
