GSTechnologies appoints Lord Wellesley as non-executive director

GSTechnologies Ltd (LSE:GST) has appointed Lord James Christopher Douglas Wellesley as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Lord Wellesley has been working with the group since September 2023 and is assisting GSTech with the development of its borderless neobanking platform providing next-generation digital money solutions.
