Filament Health Corp (NEO:FH, OTCQB:FLHLF) said Maureen O'Connell has resigned as Director and Audit Committee Chair effective December 31, 2023.

The current board includes CEO Benjamin Lightburn, Dr. Konstantin Adamsky, Jonathan Conlin, and Chris Wagner.
