TomCo Energy raises £50,000 in new share subscription

TomCo Energy PLC (AIM:TOM, OTC:TMCGF) has raised gross proceeds of £50,000 by way of a subscription for 50 million new ordinary shares of no-par value for 0.10 pence per share at a 5.3% premium. The subscription has been undertaken with an existing shareholder in the company.
