Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) announced that it has closed its non-brokered private placement offering of 1,942 convertible debenture units for gross proceeds of $1,942,000.
Proceeds from the offering will be used by the digital healthcare company for inventory and working capital, it said.
