Ultra Lithium Inc. (TSX-V:ULI, OTCQB:ULTXF) announced that it has completed all the purchase payments for the Laguna Verde I, II and II licenses at Argentina's Laguna Verde brine lithium project.
The company said it has received a notarized deed of sale and has applied for the title transfer from the vendor to its wholly-owned Argentinean subsidiary Ultra Argentina SRL.
