Bens Creek Group PLC (AIM:BEN, OTC:BENCF) chairman Robin Fryer exercised options for 300,000 new shares at 5p per share yesterday, generating £15,000 for the company.
Post-exercise, Fryer holds 0.08% of issued share capital. New shares are expected to be admitted on AIM around 5 January 2024, increasing total shares to 399,873,728.
