Reabold Resources PLC (AIM:RBD) pointed out to investors that proxy voting adviser Glass Lewis has recommended that shareholders vote against all proposed resolutions, which is consistent with the current board's recommendation.
A group of shareholders has requisitioned a general meeting to be held on 10 January 2024.
The Glass Lewis view matches that of fellow proxy adviser ISS earlier in the month.
Sachin Oza, co-CEO of Reabold, said the board was pleased with the support of the Glass Lewis Proxy Paper report.
"We strongly encourage all shareholders to vote at their earliest convenience," he said.
