e-Therapeutics PLC (AIM:ETX, OTCQX:ETXPF) will cease trading shares on the OCTQX best market from 31 December onwards.
The company listed shares on the exchange in 2021 but said poor levels of trading and high costs meant it is no longer financially viable to continue.
