G2 Energy Corp (CSE:GTOO, OTC:GTGEF) announced that it intends to close the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement on or around December 29, 2023.
The junior oil and gas producer said it will provide further details in a subsequent news release upon closing in respect of the number of securities issued.
