G2 Energy Corp (CSE:GTOO, OTC:GTGEF) announced that it has received a Montgomery County, Texas, order appointing a post-judgment receiver, to satisfy the amount (US$70,000) owed to its former chief operating officer Jim Tague.
G2 said its legal team is discussing with all parties to find a reasonable solution. It noted that it has discovered, and it has been documented, that the underperformance of the previous operator significantly disrupted G2's operations, which may have been aided by former officers of the company.
It will pursue legal action if this proves to be true.
