Hertz Lithium Inc (CSE:HZ, OTCQB:HZLIF) announced that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for proceeds of $2,537,400.
Proceeds from the issuance of non-flow-through units will be used to advance the company’s lithium extraction technology, exploration at its Lucky Mica project, consulting and management fees, marketing and investor relations expenses, and for general and administrative matters.
Proceeds from the issuance of charity flow-through units will be used for “Canadian Exploration Expenses” within the meaning of the Tax Act.
