PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (TSX:PYR, OTCQX:PYRGF) announced that it has closed a non-brokered private placement of a convertible loan for C$1.25 million with Fiducie de Crédit Mellon Trust.
The company – a leader in the design, development, manufacture and commercialization of advanced plasma processes and sustainable solutions – intends to use the net proceeds from the financing for working capital and general corporate purposes.
