Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd (TSX-V:SCZ, OTC:SZSMF) said at its annual general shareholders’ meeting held on December 20, 2023, all of its current board of directors, Arturo Prestamo Elizondo, Federico Villasenor, Roland Lohner, Larry Okada and Barry Girling, were reappointed.
Shareholders also approved the appointment of Deloitte LLP as the company's auditor and the adoption of a new omnibus incentive plan.
