Atlantic Lithium Ltd (AIM:ALL, OTCQX:ALLIF, ASX:A11) said finance director and company secretary Amanda Harsas has bought 100,000 ordinary shares for A$39,437 (£20,987).
Following the purchase, Harsas owns 4.3 million shares or 0.7% of the total in issue.
