Anglesey Mining looking forward to Parys Mountain assays

Anglesey Mining PLC (AIM:AYM) said investors are finally recognising the work it has put into its Parys Mountain project in Wales over the past two years.

Drilling has just restarted at the mine, following the raising of £1.5 million during the previous 12 months with first assay results expected in the first quarter of 2024.

Anglesey added it is also looking forward to optimising the ownership and potential of the Grängesberg iron ore project over the next 12 months.

Losses in the half year to end September 2023 totalled £604,000 (£468,000), with cash at the year-end of £941,000.
