Klondike Gold Corp. (TSX-V:KG) announced that at its annual general meetings of shareholders, the company appointed five directors to its board: Peter Tallman, Gordon Keep, John Pallot, Steven Brunelle and Anne Labelle.
The Vancouver-based gold exploration company said that its shareholders approved all other proposed matters, including the appointment of Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as auditors, its stock option plan, and its new structured share unit and deferred share unit plan.
