TRU Precious Metals Corp. (TSX-V:TRU, OTCQB:TRUIF) said it has granted an aggregate of 6,450,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants per its stock option plan.
The company said the options vest immediately and are exercisable for $0.05 for a period of three years.
They are also subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issuance.
