Good Life Plus makes its market bow as prize draw group officially joins Aquis

Semper Fortis Esports PLC (AQSE:SEMP) started its new life as Good Life Plus on the Aquis Stock Exchange as it formally completed a £10 million deal to reverse into the assets of a daily prize draw group set up by two brothers – Charlie and Joseph Chadd.

The listing raised a gross £1.4 million and values the business (including the Semper shell) at £12.6 million.

Investment has come from several sources, most notably the family office of Mark Blandford, the founder of Sportingbet, which is now part of FTSE 100-listed Entain.

The cash injection will be used for “rapid customer acquisition” and expansion, to grow its active membership.

CEO Charlie Chadd said: "Good Life Plus is redefining the winning experience by introducing a subscription-based model that uniquely blends entertainment with the excitement of potential wins.

“Our platform allows members to participate in daily and life-changing prize draws while also enjoying exclusive deals and discounts.

“This innovative entertainment first approach reinvents the winning experience while also providing the opportunity to save big and win big, appealing to a broader demographic."

The shares started the day unchanged at 2.25p each.
