Crestview Exploration Inc (CSE:CRS) has announced the resignation of Louis Lapointe from its board of directors with effect from November 30, 2023, to pursue and focus on his other endeavours.
Crestview said Lapointe was from the very beginning an engaged and conscientious director who consistently gave thoughtful and timely input, advice and feedback on all matters before the board.
"He is a valuable asset to any organization and it is with gratitude and appreciation that we say goodbye and wish Louis every success in his new pursuits," the company said.
