Perk Labs Inc. (CSE:PERK, OTCQB:PKLBF) has announced the appointment of Keith Roseland-Barnes to its board of directors.
Roseland-Barnes, currently serving as the chief revenue officer of Unravel Data, a prominent data analytics and AI observability platform company, brings over two decades of experience in technology leadership and software sales.

Roseland-Barnes expressed his enthusiasm about joining Perk's Board, emphasizing the company's innovative mobile ordering and payment solution.

In addition to the board appointment, Perk Labs announced it had been issued another United States patent. The patent protects the company's rights to a technology designed for electronic payments with fraud prevention, which correlates transaction data and information from a user's device.
CEO Hardy told investors the patent symbolizes the “underlying capabilities of Perk as an innovative technology disruptor."
