AIM-quoted oil and gas engineering firm Plexus Holdings PLC (AIM:POS) has sold, from treasury, 2,200,495 shares in the company at an average price of 18.93p per share, to raise gross proceeds of £416,553. The funds will provide additional working capital as Plexus seeks to capitalise on its growing pipeline of opportunities and potential orders.
