Photronics Inc (NASDAQ:PLAB) is slated to report earnings before the market opens on December 13, and analysts expect the company to report lower earnings for a second quarter.
The company has already guided for revenue of $222 million to $232 million, up from $210.3 million in 4Q 2022, and adjusted earnings per share of $0.51 to $0.59.
Wall Street has pencilled in revenue of $231 million.
According to Zacks Investment Research, the consensus forecast for the quarter is for earnings per share (EPS) of $0.53, down from $0.60 for the same quarter last year.
Photronics also reported a decline in earnings in 3Q, down 14% to $0.44 and below the $0.52 expected by the Street.
Photronics, based in Brookfield, Connecticut, manufactures integrated circuit and flat panel display photomasks, materials that are used in the production of semiconductors.
