Shareholders approved all resolutions, including the election of all directors, with over 58% of issued common shares represented. Jamie Horvat and John Hadjigeorgiou did not stand for re-election to the board.
Following the election by shareholders at the meeting, the company welcomed Brigitte Berneche, a certified public accountant and chartered accountant with 15 years of experience with public companies in the mining and publishing sectors, to the Board.
