Sprinklr 3Q earnings top estimates on strong subscription revenue growth

Sprinklr after Wednesday’s closing bell reported estimate-topping third quarter financial results driven by strong demand for its suite of products.

The customer experience management platform provider reported an 18% year-on-year increase in revenue to $186.3 million, above estimates of $180.1 million. Subscription revenue rose 22% to $170.5 million.

Adjusted earnings per share were $0.12, up from $0.02 in the year-ago quarter and above estimates of $0.07.

“We had another solid quarter across the board with record levels of profitability supported by strength in our Sprinklr Service product suite,” Sprinklr CEO Ragy Thomas said in a statement.

“We're committed to helping customers achieve productivity gains across their front office through leveraging generative AI, turning vast amounts of unstructured data into actionable insights, and unifying their customer-facing teams that result in superior customer experiences.”

Its guidance for the fiscal fourth quarter ending in January was in line with estimates.

It forecast revenue of $187.5 million and $189.5 million and adjusted EPS of $0.08 and $0.09, compared to the expected $188.1 million and $0.08, respectively.

Shares of Sprinklr traded modestly lower following the release of its earnings report, down 0.3% at US$16.65.
