BiVictriX Therapeutics PLC (AIM:BVX, OTC:BVTXF) said non-executive director Iain Ross has stepped down to pursue other interests.
The company’s chairman when it was listed in 2021, Ross became a non-exec in January 2023.
A nomination committee will look for a replacement with appropriate skills to help move the company forward in anticipation of its first clinical trials in patients with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.
Michael Kauffman, BiVictriX’s chairman, thanked Ross for his contributions over the last two years and wished him the very best for the future.
