Woodbois Ltd (AIM:WBI, OTC:WODBF) has appointed Guido Theuns to the role of independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
The company, in a stock market statement, told investors Theuns has a wide range of international business experience gained over 40 years.
"[Theuns] will be a strong support for many aspects of the group's operations and highly constructive in its governance,” said chair Graeme Thomson.
Theuns added: “This is an exciting and important time for Woodbois and I am optimistic about its future development."
