In an interview with Proactive London's Thomas Warner, Phil Blows, CEO of StreaksAI PLC (LSE:STK), discussed the company's latest interim results and its journey in the rapidly evolving AI chatbot market. Thomas Warner (TW): Welcome, Phil. It's great to have you with us. Could you introduce StreaksAI to our audience?
Phil Blows (PB): Good morning, Thomas. StreaksAI is a FTSE main market AI business. We've developed a platform where influencers, businesses, and anyone can create avatars for interaction and monetization. It's been an exciting journey in the fast-evolving AI industry.
TW: Fascinating technology indeed. Can you share how the company has performed in the interim period ending in August?
PB: This year has been all about product development. We expanded from one product to four, including Streaks Gaming, Streaks Social, Streaks Idol, and Streaks Companion. Streaks Social lets influencers monetize digital avatars, while Streaks Idol is about creating future digital influencers. Streaks Companion offers more personal chatbots for various uses. We've seen substantial growth with over 15,000 customers and 127,000 conversations.
TW: Where are you directing your energies now? More product development or business expansion?
PB: Our focus is on business development. We've built a solid platform and now aim to capitalize on the growing AI market, projected to reach $1.3 trillion in ten years. Our goal is to expand our customer base and harness the potential of generative AI for diverse applications.
TW: What makes StreaksAI unique in the AI space, and how do you plan to maintain your edge?
PB: Our experience as a team, coupled with our ability to blend best-in-class AI technologies, sets us apart. As a UK-based AI company, we're filling a significant gap in the European market. We envision StreaksAI leading in offering engaging experiences, especially with advancements like AI headsets, placing us at the forefront of AI development.
