Island Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX:ILA) has appointed Cameron Jones and Stephanie Vipond of Bio101 Financial Advisory as joint company secretaries of ILA.
The company believes the appointment will complement Jones’ role as chief financial officer of Island.
Jones is also managing director of Bio101, a financial services firm providing accounting, tax and company secretarial services specialising in healthcare and life science sectors.
Vipond is an experience company secretary from Bio101, providing company secretarial services to a number of ASX listed and unlisted entities in the healthcare sector.
