MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd (LSE:MXC, OTC:MGCLF, ASX:MXC) has switched up the composition of its board as non-executive directors Dr Stephen Parker and Dr Ross Walker step down to pursue other opportunities.
The company has tapped Daniel Robinson as non-executive director, an experienced company secretary and director of both private and listed companies with 20 years’ experience in a range of roles including stockbroking, corporate advisory, investor relations and governance.
MGC has also appointed CMC Markets UK PLC as joint UK broker with immediate effect.
