Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM:MERC) chief financial officer Martin Glanfield has upped his stake in the firm through the purchase of 145,829 ordinary shares.
Glanfield bought the shares at 28.80p each through his self-invested pension, Mercia said, taking his holding in the company to 0.4% through 1,744,947 shares.
