Salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) shares jumped more than 7% in extended trading Wednesday after the company beat earnings expectations with its third-quarter results.
The cloud software company posted adjusted earnings of $2.11 per share, above expectations of $2.05 per share, up 11% year-over-year and on revenue of $8.72 billion, in line with expectations. Customer service revenue increased 12% year-over-year to $2.07 billion.
Victoria's Secret & Co. (NYSE:VSCO) stock slid after hours Wednesday after the company posted a wider-than-expected third-quarter loss.
The clothing retailer posted an adjusted loss of $0.86 per share, compared to a $0.78 per share loss expected by analysts. Revenue was $1.27 billion, down from $1.31 billion a year earlier and in line with expectations.
Snowflake Inc shares gained as much as 7% in Wednesday’s after-hours session after the Data Cloud company’s third quarter fiscal 2024 financial results beat the analyst consensus forecast on both the top and bottom lines.
Snowflake generated adjusted earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter of $0.25 on revenue that rose 32% year-over-year to $734.2 million.
Wall Street was expecting adjusted EPS of $0.16 and revenue of $713.36 million.
Synopsys Inc (NASDAQ:SNPS) stock climbed 3.5% in extended trading Wednesday as strong demand for the company’s semiconductor design software drove a fiscal fourth-quarter expectations beat.
The company posted earnings of $3.17 per share on revenue of $1.6 billion, topping Street expectations of $3.04 per share on revenue of $1.59 billion.
Five Below (NASDAQ:FIVE) shares rose almost 1% in extended trading Wednesday on earnings results that surpassed expectations.
The discount retailer posted earnings of $0.26 per share, above Street projections of $0.23 per share, on revenue of $736.4 million, topping expectations of $726.9 million.
