BANXA Holdings Inc (TSX-V:BNXA, OTCQX:BNXAF) told investors it has partnered with Trust Wallet, a multi-chain self-custody cryptocurrency wallet, to make it safer and easier for crypto holders who chose to self-custody.
The company said the partnership, which went live on November 28, is aimed at offering users of Trust Wallet seamless transactions and a variety of payment options. These include standard methods such as credit cards and Apple Pay and a range of local payment methods including Interac in Canada, iDeal in Netherlands and PayID in Australia, as well as industry-leading conversion rates.
"This integration is another step forward in our collective effort to simplify and improve the ways in which users interact with cryptocurrency payments,” Banxa CEO Holger Arians said in a statement.
“Trust Wallet has a reputation as one of the most secure wallet options available. Banxa’s embedded crypto solutions will further enhance the user experience for wallet holders.”
Combining Banxa's technology and payment infrastructure with Trust Wallet's safe and secure gateway into the world of crypto “creates a foundation for an innovative and seamless cryptocurrency payment experience,” the companies said.
"We're thrilled to announce the launch of our Banxa fiat onramp integration, another step in making crypto accessible for all,” Trust Wallet product lead Nate Zou added.
“This gives our users around the world new access to buy crypto that they didn't have before. Best of all, users can now buy crypto with new payment methods with lower fees."
The company said Banxa is not currently available for UK Trust Wallet customers.
Banxa powers the world’s largest digital asset platforms by providing payments infrastructure and regulatory compliance across global markets.
